Shipping Fee Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Free shipping on orders over £40.
Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the order was originally shipped with free shipping, the initial shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount.
Return Address Returned items must be sent directly by the customer to the designated Lume Skin returns warehouse.

Refund Request Period Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.
